Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer at Your Car Spa, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and creating compelling visual assets across various platforms. From designing marketing materials and social media content to enhancing our website and maintaining brand consistency, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity while contributing to our mission of promoting eco-conscious car washing practices. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and bring our vision to life through captivating graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Marketing Collateral: Create eye-catching designs for print and digital marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, banners, posters, and advertisements, to promote Your Car Spa's services and special offers.
Social Media Graphics: Develop engaging visuals for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and attract new customers.
Website Graphics: Work closely with the web development team to design and optimize graphics for the Your Car Spa website, ensuring a seamless user experience and visually appealing interface.
Brand Identity: Maintain and evolve Your Car Spa's visual brand identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines, to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Photo Editing: Edit and retouch photos to enhance their quality and appeal, ensuring they align with the Your Car Spa brand aesthetic and messaging.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to understand project requirements, brainstorm ideas, and deliver high-quality designs that meet business objectives and deadlines.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and design best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of Your Car Spa's visual communication efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment or creative agency.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, and website design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts visually.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual composition.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation is a plus.
