    • Cancellation requests can only be accommodated if made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled time of service delivery. We encourage our customers to make any changes or cancellations as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.

  2. How to Cancel:

    • To cancel your booking, please contact our customer service team via phone or email. Provide your booking details, and our team will assist you with the cancellation process.

  3. Refunds:

    • Once a cancellation request is received and verified within the stipulated cancellation window, refunds will be initiated.

    • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking.

    • Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.

  4. Refund Exceptions:

    • Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled time of service delivery.

    • In cases where our team is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or technical issues with our equipment, a full refund will be issued regardless of the cancellation window.

  5. Non-Refundable Situations:

    • No refunds will be issued for services that have already been rendered, including situations where the customer is not present at the scheduled time of service delivery.

  6. Customer Responsibility:

    • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the booking details provided at the time of reservation. Any discrepancies or errors in the booking information may result in difficulties processing refunds.
